by mKeRix (Tuesday, October 2nd 2012, 4:12pm)

This is just a short update to prepare some people who are actually interested in this.
You probably have noticed more and more problems appearing in the past, not so much about the site itself, moreso about the servers hosting it. Therefor we decided to pack our stuff and move a few weeks ago. The new servers are already rented for a while, and the domains have entered the final stage of transfer yesterday. Just thought I should give you a quick update on what's going on over here, since I'm rather slow and maybe a little inactive lately.

Hey,
the forums experienced some downtimes in the last week. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by these.

First off, we worked on some functions of the forums, mostly because of our 5000 users update. Usually we're able to work on these things without taking the forum down, but we wanted the update to be smooth.
Secondly our server's HTTP services died, but the tech tem of our hoster fixed it in about 15 minutes to min ...

Statement on the event

by mKeRix (Wednesday, March 28th 2012, 1:51pm)

Hey,
as promised I will comment on the third community event.

First off, I'm happy that some people had fun. I'm sorry for the ones who didn't, we will try to compensate for your misfortune. I really appreciate your ideas how to improve the next community event and I will definitely try to use them. But I'd like to take a minute to write about the condtions of organizing this event:
  1. We had very little time to get everything up and running considering this was quite a big event. This ...
