As you already know , I "work" for a server company who sells gameservers and VPN's etc. and I was being online support today. You would say that that isn't horrible if you know everything , but what if the client is being so dumb that he can't even follow instructions or "How to do .... for dummies". everytime I answered everything (in babysteps) and most of the time ending up fixing his shizzle , he came back almost every hour stating that the gameserver wasn't working anymore (it is obvious that he tampered with some mandatory files). Seriously , I wanted tear my hairs out.
Also another (ex)client was getting on my nerves also (although I personally didn't help him , someone else did). He also had some server issues and opened a support ticket requesting help. So the CEO replied after 30 minutes (which is a reasonable time outside the support hours). And after that the client send another ticket that he wanted to cancel his servers since "He wanted quicker support and thinks he gets neglected". Seriously , all the staff in TS went haywire and tripping since it is utter bullshit....
So yah , that was my day.... might need to remove this blog later on. but it is just to relieve myself.
