Getting in Shape

Today I finally hit that point where at the gym, I was only able to lift as much as I had lifted the previous week. I pushed for heavier weight, but couldn't do it. It even got to the point where I couldn't finish all my sets on an exercise cuz for me to force the lift, I would be sacrificing form. It was kinda depressing, but even so my muscles felt tired on the walk back to my place, meaning I had worked them to a significant degree.

New Apartment

All moved into my new apartment at college and I'm loving it! It's in the perfect place, has everything I need, beds are a lot bigger than the ones we had last year, roommates are chill and either not here most of the time or really quiet, I'm close to the gym, got a pool and spa as well as a mini gym, and it has air conditioning (so useful since it's so hot here).

Recent Absence

Just a quick blog to say sorry I haven't been online very much if at all recently. I've been helping my dad redo the roof of someone's house. Been working these past 5 days, sometimes 16 hours straight, but it's all gonna pay off (literally) cuz I think he's gonna pay me around $600 for all the work! So needless to say I'm stoked! :D ...

Getting in Shape

After about 2 months of working out, I'm really happy with the amount of muscle I've put on and some of the fat I've surprisingly lost (even though I'm not even trying to lose fat yet). It's really nice to see results coming in and it makes me feel better about myself! Can't wait to start cutting fat once school ends and summer begins! Trying to get that California beach body! ;) ...

Didn't Get to Meet PewDie and Marzia

While I thought that I had the chance to meet Felix and Marzia since they would be in Los Angeles from Wednesday to Sunday, it didn't work out. I planned to meet them in Hollywood today, but we never really worked out exactly where and when it would be, so when I got to Hollywood, I didn't know where to find them or how to get ahold of them.

Gaming Headset update

Just got to use my new gaming headset today for the 1st time. Was really excited to start doing livestreams again with it, but found out the microphone doesn't work with it. Been troubleshooting a lot with it and trying to figure out what's up and found out I might need to buy an adapter ($25) for it just to use it with my Macbook Pro :/
Kind of a bummer, but oh well! Look at the bright side, I have a gaming headset and feel legit :D
Excited to start doing livestreams again after this busy week ...

My Headset arrived!

My gaming headset finally arrived at my dorm! I've been waiting for this for awhile, so now I'll be able to use it when playing games on Steam or livestreaming! Speaking of livestreaming, I'm planning on using my new headset for the 1st time Monday or Tuesday when I get back to the dorm. Getting back into doing real livestreams and hopefully eventually breaking my record of 24 people (I bet we can do it)!

My New Home :)

I just moved into my new home and it's much nicer than the one we've been living in for over 5 years now! It's been a lot of work moving everything and there's still a lot we need to do, but it already feels like home to me! Our internet is getting upgraded, we're going to have a theatre room, eventually going to get a spa and I'm getting a new TV for my room! Though I'm going back to my dorm tomorrow night, this summer is going to be nice staying at the house :) ...

Day of Learning!

With Final Cut Pro X, I learned how to edit my livestream videos so that I can improve the brightness when the video is dark without affecting the video quality too much (since brightening the in-game gamma settings doesn't do anything when recording). Will be applying this to future videos. Hopefully I can learn how to do this even better, along with other editing effects, in the future! :) ...
