What kind of Alienware laptop should i buy?

I want to buy a Alienware so i have something to do in my relaxation spot (Nice warm beach, fully deserted, connected to a green plain <3)
So i'll ask you guys, What kind of Alienware would be good to buy (Price shouldn't be too high...Like..Under 1500)

And it's mainly for gaming. Not much else..I can do all the other stuff on my PC xD

Oh well because it looks like a very good gaming laptop for the price its going for. It's moderatly in your price range, and seems like a very good laptop for gaming.

Go with HP Envy 14 or 15. I think it's $2000 with SSD. Not sure though. My friend said that you can customize that build for your preference.

Quoted

It comes with 1TB of storage, but upgrading to a 160GB SSD is $130, and 300GB SSD is $360. Here are the configs that will cost $1,739. It's mainly like that because of the accessories, but it goes down to $1665 without the accessories. It also comes with Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements by default, and a unique-to-the-HP-laptops Beats audio software that, well, gives you better sound. That's all. xD

Spoiler: hide
Operating system Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: 2nd generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2760QM Processor (2.4 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 3.5 GHz)
Graphics card: 1GB AMD Radeon 7690M
Memory: 8GB 1600DDR3MHz System Memory (2 Dimm)
Hard drive: 1TB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
Display: 15.6-inch diagonal Radiance Full HD Infinity LED-backlit Display (1920 x 1080)

Accessories:
HP Notebook Stand
Targus Chill Mat Cooling Stand

I can opt for the 750GB HDD that spins at 7200 rpm, but as I've read, the 1TB drive at 5400rpm would perform just as fast because of the density of the platter it uses. Something like it doesn't need to spin faster, because more information can be read per area or something.

I know you want an AlienWare laptop, but you really should get another one.

If you buy an AlienWare, you mainly pay for the alien logo and lights in your keyboard..

I once did a check, and the difference between the cheapest AW and another custom built laptop I could find was $300, plus the custom one had an even bigger screen.

I suggest looking through http://www.powernotebooks.com/ and find a laptop of your choice.

FYI, after you chose a laptop, you can still upgrade its parts (I would go for an Intel i5 or maybe an i7 processor if you have alot of money to spend, combined with a decent NVIDIA GeForce videocard, 4 to 8 GBs of RAM and a hard drive of your choice).

Alienware is too expensive. I'd say either go with Doghouse Computers :must order online but they customize it more than most brands: or Asus.
