I would recommend slender:source, but that's not out yet.

What about sven coop?

It's a fun game that has lots of servers, and fun to play!

The servers can range from horror to intense fps.

I think it would be a great idea.

This game isn't "simple" but I could imagine it providing some good laughs. Portal 2 has a co-op mode on it.

Portal 2 would be fun I agree. You may also have a look at the "Trackmania" Series. They really provide fun and even more in coop. Many fan-built tracks are available and you could have a "quick" shot like in your Happy Wheels-Series wehenever you feel like it. Also, it's something different as it's a racing-puzzle-tricky game.

Transformice (You could probably do a extremely huge community game room for it, and everything would lag to balls.)

Wanderlust: Rebirth (Oldschool 8bit RPG, been under works for 5 years?)

Dungeon Defenders (Tower Defense/RPG)

Moonbase Alpha (4 Player Coop, be like real moon men)

Starcraft 2/Starcraft/Warcraft 3 Custom Games (Had to go there.)

Sid Meier's Civilization V (Coop, and a VERY, VERY Long time to play.)

Its hard finding games thats coop with non-action/shooter genre. For me at least.

I agreed, Portal 2 would be very entertaining to both play, and watch xD
This may sound crazy, but have you considered taking other bros in for coop gameplay other than Cry?

Also @ Terran Ghost, Moonbase Alpha is extremely slowpaced, I personally didnt find it enjoyable to play and would certainly not enjoy watching someone play it :P

Well, it was confirmed Dead Space 3 will have co-op when it comes out,
No Nore Room in Hell for HL2,
Plants Vs Zombies for L4D2,
and that is all I can think of in Multiplayer games and mods. I enjoy seeing you play horror or horror related games, that is all I've got.

Dungeon Defenders. (we all put 170 hrs into this.. EACH)
Rock of Ages.

Almost forgot about Obsidian Conflict 1.35.

Its not JUST Run n' Gun, theres puzzles and amusing creepy maps for it too.
Also really, really long farming/diving. (oc_diving_v9 oc_Harvest) Basically, a better Synergy.
