Looking for an animator

so, long story short im looking for an animator to help me out with some youtube videos. I have absolutly no exp in the field otherwise id be doing it myself.

Id like to start up a youtube channel, make some commentaries, comedy skits, stuff like that. have it evolve into something bigger. but i need someone who can do animation. nothing spectacular at first but I need something.

The reason Im posting this in pewdiepies forum is due to the fact that that man is the reason im doing this. he (unknowingly) encouraged me to get my creative side out and do something I would enjoy with my life. so here I am. if anyone has anything, knows someone, anything at all, I would greatly appreciate the support. thank you so much, all of the bros and pewdiepie himself.

Well I have Adobe Flash CS5 and I do Have done 1 animation so I have little experience.
I know the basic of how to mainly animate with Flash and I am Thinking about starting to do animations on youtube.

Also Forgout to show and tell I have bought a Drawing Tablet so the drawing is much better and easier, I have got comfortable with the drawing with the tablet.
And here is my pretty Bad Animation I have done...
(This animation was done before I had a Tablet and I was really Bored when I made it)
(also I have learned a lot more about Animating with flash after I made this)

I've done a tiny bit of animation, enough to know that even the smallest/shortest animations can take FOREVER.

For example, my channel intro is 9 seconds long... it took over half and hour:

Both done in Adobe Photoshop CS3-CS5 (Can't recall exactly). I could TRY to help, but it depends, I suppose.
