Yes The CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2098 (GU2098) Desktop PC is a cheap Gaming Computer right in my budget, but I have heard some good and bad things about this computer and I am not sure about it, here are the specs from the site, (see spoiler) I dont know much about computers but given these videos of gameplay on it, I would say it runs fine enough for me and I am planning on getting a new graphics card

I want this PC mainly to do Livestreams and Lets Plays, nothing more than that exept video editing and personal use like visiting the site

I think its pretty good but if you going to livestream than you may can't run some games with out lag unless you drop the graphic down and by games I mean like Battlefield 3.
but if your old computer is geting old and you never had a gaming PC than I think this should be good for you.

This one's also a CyberpowerPC and while lower in specs, is also over $60 cheaper with free shipping:

$712

It's the Video card that's why it's a bit pricey. You can play almost everything in max with this. Trust me,in the long run, you'll be glad you've built on your own.

+Ivy bridge! So FREAKING EFFICIENT DUDE!
+Good looking case. I'm using this one and it's almost fully tool less. (no screws except for the video card.)
+ H77 mobos that can do xfire in the future.
+500GB SATA III
+ 5yrs warranty PSU + 80+ Bronze. And FULLY MODULAR
+ 8GB DD3 1600 RAM, that's all you need.
+ New gen card. 7850 brings the best out of the game. high to ultra @ 30fps consistent, or even higher.

I am probably mainly going to do LSs of games like Dead Island and also I never did have one and this one seems very easy to edit the parts and it can run games right out of the box so it seems perfect for me.
Trust me,in the long run, you'll be glad you've built on your own.
TBH I will actually install newer parts into this, like I said I am getting the best videocard I can for Christmas, I never had a desktop so I would rather see some tutorial videos and experiment with this one, I am sure it will be fine I mean I did take apart my PS3 once and put it back together.

but I dont think I could actually build one... YET I do plan to build one once I figure how everything works with this one but thanks for the info, besides I am 200 short for what your giving me.. but I will take a look at that videocard

You can bring all the parts to a computer shop and they will make it to you. I'm cleaning my own PC and that's where I learned how to jack those ports to the right sockets. The things that I don't know how to put is the mobo itself and also the cpu.
