Edit: Add extended explanations what Flaming/Spamming/Pornographic Content/Racism means or what that is enough to get ban/warning.

When people sign up, they will choose what language they speak. Any other language other than their own will not be shown to the user.

well not really =/ uhm make some Subforum for those who dont speak english so they can talk freedom for each lengague 1 moderator who speak the same lengague =/

That sounds like a good idea, to be honest. That way, they don't really have to feel left out.

By the way Flamez, great idea in putting a set of rules and "punishments". Hopefully you guys don't have to use the banhammer even if it's for 3 days.
