I wish these people who sign up because for the competition stay here. I want this forum to be really active. Not just the shoutbox.xD Pewds, you're a great and awesome guy, don't change.
I hope I get featured on one of your vids.xD It will be a big honor for me.
Keep doing what you doing.
*brofist*
At the time of writing, I have 2,126 subscribers and over 500 videos uploaded on youtube, but:
- Have emotional problems, particularly depression and anxiety. Having lots of subs would probably cause me a lot of stress.
- I don't feel I make videos for the right reasons. I hold contests and events, and I care about making quality videos, so I edit them feverishly, but ultimately I make them for self-satisfaction, and because I want praise and attention. It's too selfish to be worthy of a shout-out.
- I'm irresponsible, and upload videos randomly and without any kind of schedule or consistency, so I don't I quality for "being serious about making videos"
- I'm kind of just a loser.
It's just not something I think I'm ready for. If I really wanted to become a "big guy" on youtube, I feel I should first show more responsibility and initiative.
This made me laugh.
-You already have a lot.
-I think that's fine. But you need to love your fans.
-That's fine if you're not a gaming channel.xD
-Nobody's a loser.
- 2,126 is still within the min and max of PDP's requirements.
- I never said I didn't love my fans. I ALWAYS read their comments and very often do I leave replies. I've had entire conversations with my fans in my video comments section. When I stream, I tend to talk directly to them and sometimes take their requests. I started two different contests; one involves torturing me with ROM hacks made by my fans, and the other involves taking my fans' requests, no matter how stupid. I think I care a lot about my fans, which is why I want their attention so much.
- I'm a gaming channel and I've never really picked up with consistent uploading so...
What type of gaming channel? Montage or let's play? It depends actually. If You are a let's player, you don't want to make your fans waiting.
