Edit: To answer VenomBinary's question, it's kind of a vanity thing, sometimes girls (and guys) will say they're ugly so other people will say 'no, no you're not, you're beautiful!' or something. It doesn't really mean that the person's always vain and stuff, but it's just a subconscious thing (in my opinion). And if like, I said that I was pretty, it'd seem like I'm narcissistic? Girls are just complicated, too
