I need help, Minecraft purchase issues.

So i decided to finally buy Minecraft.
I was stuck on the hacked client then i asked my grandmother to buy it for me.

SO, she had a US Visa and we were on the Philippines.
We used the Visa Check but it said "use another credit/debit card, the merchant [blablabla]" showed up.
The card is still working and legit.
We used the guest Paypal. So we hit "Pay Now" then the same thing happens.

Now we made a new Paypal account.
The info was accepted, then the account is fine.
Then i got back to minecraft.net
We logged on with the Paypal, then hit Pay Now.
THEN THIS. Shows up!

Help needed so i won't use the hacked client anymore.
It sucks badly.

you should contact your credit card company and ask why this happened, or contact mojang, either way

seems like a problem with your credit-card to me....
