New Computer Build / Upgrade. Would like some opinions on parts!

Heya Bro's! As you know the rule of thumb for technology is that it goes out of date every 6 months or so. That being said and the fact that my new job lands me a bit more in the bank, I am looking to upgrade my PC.

I am going for a new MoBo but I am torn between these two, anyone have any opinions?:

ASUS Sabertooth 990fx

And

ASUS Crosshair V Formula

I went with the AMD platform due to budgetary restraints and the fact that a few friends of mine are Intel fanboys, even though I built their computers using AMD...anyways.
I am planning on putting a AMD FX-8150 Zambezi in the board, RAM isn't my concern just yet as I can use the old RAM that I have from my previous build to hold me over until I can put maybe 16 or 32GB in it.

I have a nice CPU cooler at home, still in box CORSAIR H100 that I am planning on using.

I am also entertaining the thought of a new Full Tower Case. My previous Thermaltake Spedo Advance has run its course sadly, or I may recycle it for a spare media server or something if I am bored. Anyways, here are the two cases I am looking at, both Thermaltake. I just like Thermaltake but all suggestions are welcome! :

Thermaltake Armor Revo+ Black

And Dos!

Thermaltake Chasar MK - I

All of these parts will come together over the course of 2 or more paychecks obviously. I am still considered poor. XD

Any input on the parts would be welcome. Negative or positive.

Thanks Bro's!

No AMD. Well, basically they suck imo. Don't let your friends who are fanboys be the cause of you not buying a lot beastly PC.

Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 LGA 1155. $130
Intel i5-3570K $220

Personally, I like AMD when it comes to speed / price ratio. But at flatout speed, Intel dominates.

If I had the money I would be more than willing to purchase a nice I7. But I can't afford it at the moment. XD
