Dissapointed at the graphics,the scare system again,hiding and all that stuff as in the 1st one :/ just in a more open space I guess...

Yeah maybe,I personally didn't like the first one so much,had it's scary moments but that's it,nothing to be really SCARED of,just jumpscares and it was so predictable,pick up that MONSTER APPEARS :V

This is not even scary.... they totally buttraped amnesia without lube with this one. Come on Pigmen are sooooooooooo overused.... And the only pigmen who are awesome are the ones in Duke Nukem ._.

Oh well , this is what you get if you let gamedevelopers let smoke crack and use LSD , they come up with weird trips.

The only good part I saw from the trailer is the outside area... which ironically ruins the fear concept even more of having claustrophobia while being stuck with monsters....

The lighting has improved greatly. They have added karma decorations too.

tbh I am curiose on what the story would be for a game called a machine for piggehs... sounds interesting but i will only get it cuz I loved Amnesia THe Dark Decent, and also any other games frictional has made

Ok , good I'm not the only one who thought it changed....and this game could be good.. I mean come on everyone when you refer to amnesia you usually talk about Custom Stories , some of those could be better than the actual game itself

Well the actual game is gonna suck more then a whore @ amsterdam, I hope that the CS developers aren't that braindead like when Frictional Games made that sequel :V

It has a completely new storyline, which is pretty much what TDD and AAMFP is built of. Main reason why I played and will play these games.

Eh I do agree it will not be as good.... Also hopefully they do good with the CS, Frictional hasn't amazed me much lately , I didn't like Penumbra: Requiem , amnesia was great (being biased cause of H.P. Lovecraft), But Justine wasn't that good and I didn't like Thechineseroom's Dear Esther

Currently the Frictional Games developers are sadly starting to act like the developers of CoD, recycling old ideas and delivering the same stuff in an other jacket. Just look at all the games (Penumbra series , Amnesia series), they are ALL identical to each other but with some different features and time. They should start on some completely different and maybe even drop the concept of "monsters stalking you everywhere" for a time and concentrate on the bigger (horror) market. Not to be misunderstood though , I think they are great devs and currently have published good games and have much potential , but where this is going , it is not gonna work out for the long term since even the most hardcore fans will even agree later that the concept has been used for X games and that they will get "sick" of it later on. The gaming industry is a changing industry , this means that the likes and dislikes shift , but also game developers should change once a while and bring something fresh and new to the audience.

Ofcourse , I know what they are doing , they are relying on the good old formula and want to play it safe , but if you really want to hit the motherload , you need to take some risks and sacrifice some things for better things.

OINK OINK, the pig and the outdoor areas really pushed all ma buttons.

Oh yes. Insane puzzles outside while being hunted.
