does anybody actually sit like this?
the reason why im posting this is i have a really sore back, and want to get someones opinion on it..

EDIT: btw you can put a pillow on your back whenever you sit on a chair.

F*ck dat shit , I lean back as much as I can on my chair and my ladder of my bunkbed will serve to hold my feet up XD
That is a really old image, later studies have shown that that is not how you are supposed to sit since you will be in a constant tention by having your back straight etc.
Just sayin'.

That's exactly how I sit. Except I tend to bend my back forward because I'm stupid, but yeah. That's the most efficient position to sit in.

I sit like an idiot compared to that lol , Its more like that 135 degrees one , but with my feet up in my ladder of my bunkbed xD
If sitting on a chair was a game of tetris, i think ive failed. I have a way to sit for every single thing i do online. XD

If I'm playing a horror game, FPS or FIFA I set way forward like I'm attempting to give a cheeky kiss to my screen. But when playing anything else like Minecraft, Skyrim etc. I lean back. I should really try to sit properly or i'll end up with a pulled muscle or something lol
