Camtasia. If you cannot afford it, there is always the option of pirateing, that's what I did. I'M SO BAD! o:

There's a video out on YouTube that helps you pirate it, I have no accsess to YouTube now, but when I do, I will be more than happy to show you said video.

Personally, I have FRAPS. I love it, but it's a pain in the ass trying to sync the audio with the video 99% of the time.

What I've been using recently is X-Split broadcaster. You have to pay for it, yes, but it's phenomenal.

The program is mainly used to broadcast live streams, but it does have a build in local recorder. Only problem I've seen is that it only saves in two different formats; .FLV and .Mp4. If you're looking to record your webcam, gameplay, and voice, it's probably your best bet.
