Ib!

Ib (pronounced sort of like 'Eve') is a freeware horror game made like Yumi Nikki (but it's nothing like it) and also like Ao Oni. It has a few different endings, lots of puzzles and some really creepy shit going down.

It's actually very hard to give out information without spoiling the game, which is always annoying. There's no real summary of the game... but in short you play as Ib, a young girl who goes to an art gallery with her parents when shit happens. It was made with RPG maker 2000 but more than that would be giving away the plot. It's ot too complicated but I wouldn't call it easy by a long shot.

actually when i downloaded it in the .txt file at the bottom it gives a link to the creators website..... its in a different language guessing Japanese but using Google you can translate it.

I'm assuming this is the red book? The same error happened to me, it's very common. Go into the Ib folder and find the Ib Manual, it should have instructions on how to fix the problem.

Fantastic game, creepy enough to keep you on edge but definitely manageable enough to play before bed. I would recommend it!

Im kinda let down by the ending I ended up getting though. bummer. I'll just have to play through it again soon. :thumbsup:

i was too lazy to replay for the other ending ... i believe theres only two .... but im prob wrong lol.... so i looked the other one up on youtube....

Pewdie should TOTALLY play this! I absolutely LOVE Ib! There's a lot of different endings. The saddest one in my option in Ib forever alone.
There's a couple of different endings. I won't spoil it for others who haven't watched a play through or played the game. But there's....
There's like four different endings if I can remember.

Incase anyone wants to know, these are the endings I know of:

"Ib All Alone (Worst Ending)"
"Memories Crannies (Bad Ending)
"Together, Forever (Okay Ending)"
"Promise of Reuinion (True Ending)"

You can find the endings on youtube, to get Promise of Reunion you have to up your bond level with Garry.

I wasn't going to say that incase if a person who hasn't play/ watched Ib wouldn't have any spoilers.
I personally, think Memories Crannies is an okay ending. Garry and Ib are alive, at least.
I HATE Together, Forever though! My favorite character doesn't make it out alive! T^T

If you end up playing the game I recommend that you use every save file when you get a chance.
eg. Save in file 1 at the beginning of the game then later save in file 2 before opening the door in the room with the triangle puzzle
This makes it easier to go back to make changes to choices you made.

I wanted to play this today but the controls doesnt work. Ib just starts walking in wierd directions and the keyboard controls are wierd as hell same thing when I got to the meny, the shit just keeps rolling xD
Anyone else had this issue?
