I like steam cuz you can find all the kinda old games cheaper than the stores though i hate it cuz it had like mw3 60 euros and in my store it was 30 for fucks sakes steam sucks at new games
I always thought that steam is pointless but i guess we have it now
nothing can be done.

Steam is good, great for online gaming since you can join peoples games pretty quickly and chat to them privately.

The sales are epic so would be worth getting a way to buy stuff online..

Also Skyrim you can buy the disk version then it installs through Steam, thats what I did :)

The game is totally worth it, if you have a good enough HD it shouldn't really matter since you'll probably play that game for hours! :)

Oh you guys:

Steam is a nice gaming client if you need to socialize. It has groups, private chats, private chats with voice and it keeps track of your gaming. It also keeps most of your games up-to-date automatically. And yes, the sales are insane during holidays.

But I personally hate it from the bottom of my heart. I can't actually believe how unstable the main window is.

I win (sorry for german stuff, but it's obvious :P). I even bought a new 1TB hard drive to store my steam stuff and videos ^^

Also, I love Steam for letting me purchase a lot of games way cheaper in form of keys or in their deals.

Indeed, however its annoying when you don't want to spend money, and BOOM sales start with loads of amazing games at ridiculous prices.

I got LA noire for £8 down from £30 or something crazy, i was like BUY BUY BUY :D

I can never tell if the sales are a godsend or not. My wallet doesn't think so. :(

I've got a massive list of games I've bought in sales which I've never played. I guess they're always there to play if I'm bored though. :P
