Parents and teachers are the best bet. It will piss him off, but it will ground him the same time (If he does anything, expelled etc)
If you get the slightest hint of when he wants to beat you up, tell the teachers about it so they will be ready to pounce.

Ask your friends just to stay close by you. They'll be less likely to go for you when you are in numbers.
When and if he tries to do something to you, just survive. From what I've heard, he's bigger, stronger and faster, so trying to fight back is not an option.
Cover your face and wait till someone breaks it up. If you try to fight back, he WILL hurt you even more.

Tbh, saying it was self defense isn't going to hold up in court. I'll say it again, in Australia self defense only applies if you hit the same person with th same amount of force.

Like most people are saying, Seek a Superior with Authority whether its the cops or teachers, You need someone who can stop him, Though if you sue him things might go worse e.g one of his friends might attack you. Best Option imo is tell the cops about the threat, i know we cant do much bro, but if we were there this Douche would get a lot of angry Bro's against him. Best of luck and stay safe

He tried to stab me, I avoided and lousily tried to punch his stomach in panic, but missed and then ran. I came to the police, told them everything.

Tomorrow its confrontation time. His parents ( They know about his abusive character, but they dont do shit about it.), My parents ( Greatly backing me up) The teachers ( They know he is a bully), Him and Me.

I think if you want to defend yourself, you should have a witness so that you could prove that you were provoked into defending yourself. I've been through this and well, the only way I stopped it was telling teachers. Wish you the best bro, and I would actually beat him with a stick if I was there.
